Erase Emotional Eating

We explore our emotional connections to the foods we eat and, in doing so, you will start to become more aware of why you overeat certain foods when you are feeling sad, angry, tired, stressed – or even happy! Through this awareness, you will be able to break free from these emotional ties to these foods.

Reveal the Roots of Cravings

You will learn to identify and understand your cravings and how to distinguish these from being truly hungry. By learning to connect to your true hunger you will learn to only eat enough to satisfy this hunger and, as a result, lose weight in a more sustainable and healthy way.

Re-Establish the Mind-Body Connection

Dieting diminishes the connection between our minds and bodies. When we are constantly following a diet, we are not aligning with our inner wisdom that can guide us along the path to health and healing. On this course you will learn to re-connect to this inner wisdom to allow it to guide you to a healthier and happier you!
