You will learn to identify and understand your cravings and how to distinguish these from being truly hungry. By learning to connect to your true hunger you will learn to only eat enough to satisfy this hunger and, as a result, lose weight in a more sustainable and healthy way.

Dieting diminishes the connection between our minds and bodies. When we are constantly following a diet, we are not aligning with our inner wisdom that can guide us along the path to health and healing.
