Yoga is more than just a form of exercise – it’s a way of life. Yoga means ‘to connect’ – connecting us to our deeper selves and to everything around us. Yoga incorporates many different practices, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. My yoga sessions are therapeutic and tailored to each client’s specific needs. If a client needs more strength, I combine strengthening practices. If a client needs more flow, I design a more flowing sequence. I’m as flexible a teacher as yoga is a practice!


Shiatsu is an ancient healing art. It works by applying pressure and stretches along the meridians of the body – clearing any blockages there might be and energising where the body’s energy is low. The result is that your body’s energy is balanced, leaving you feeling relaxed and energised. Shiatsu assists in alleviating many conditions, including headaches, back pain, sinusitis, muscular pain and many other conditions. I go through a diagnostic process, along with energetic guidance, for each client session.

Mindful Eating

Mindful Eating helps you to become aware of the eating habits that are making you feel unhealthy and unhappy and gently helps you to change – without judgement and criticism. You will slowly gain the natural wisdom you were born with to only eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full and maintain a healthy weight. I’ve experienced the effects of the diet cycle first-hand, having yo-yo dieted for many years which eventually developed into an eating disorder. I found peace with food, eating and my weight through Mindful Eating. This knowledge and experience helps me to assist my clients that experience similar disordered eating patterns. I offer private coaching, online courses and workshops in Mindful Eating.

I offer private coaching for any of the above services – yoga, movement, healing & energy practices and mindful eating.
